Implantation Bleeding or something else?

Question

18 years old. Very regular periods. Started spotting on Cycle Day 21. Pinkish brown spotting and very small amounts. Not appearing in my panties. Only when I wipe. Much different than period bleeding. Have been experiencing hot flashes, nausea and fatigue since spotting started. Today is Cycle Day 25 and still spotting a little. It’s more brown today. pregnancy test this morning shows negative. Help?

if its brownish its old blood bab and if you have just a pinkish light bleed or even when u jist wipe yourself its more than likely implantation bleed sweet it can be on and off for a couple of hours to a couple of days but ur best waotong a couple of days after uv stopped to do a test let everything settle first or url be wasting a test
