Baby shower..NOPE baby FLOOD

So my baby shower was set for today 6-3-18 and very thing was going beautifully to plan except a few people not being able to make it. not a big deal anyway we get all the stuff set all catering and cake in place finally the day is here and it had rained so bad over night we had some high water. so I thought no big deal it's inside anyway just do pictures in there. NOPE we have to be emergency evacuated from my banquet hall without any of my shower things due to the water levels progressing. All I wanted was a baby shower not a damn flood! lol on the plus side my little sister got a piggy back ride from a fire fighter... made her day🤣 so rain check I guess (no pun intended) but really no rain this next time please. didn't even get pics of the half before we had to leave
