Struggling to change diet
I love healthy food but I’m really struggling with keeping off the bad stuff. Cravings are gonna be the end of me. Any advice on good things to consume with having PCOS? Or trying to curb cravings? I have insulin resistance as well and am on metformin for that(yay!). Cravings make losing weight so much harder for me between trying to cook more and having a picky husband and making sure I’m giving my body enough energy at work.
