Please help! 14 weeks postpartum and my scar is SO itchy lately. How can I relieve this discomfort?

Mine was so itchy!!!! My dr said it’s normal and just part of healing process. It goes away within a week, but I remember feeling like it would never end 😂

I had my csection a year ago and it’s still itchy. I use oils and rub them into the scar to relieve the itching
