Membrane sweep ? Anyone went thru this ?

I had my membrane sweep and now I feel bloaty and I’m bleed and brown blood I guess. What does that mean. Has anyone been thru this ? If so what happened. Don’t think imma go into labor just want to know what’s going on with my body. I’m actually scared.

Spotting and cramping is normal after having your membranes swept. As long as it's not a lot of blood you're ok. Brown blood just means it's old blood.

Yeah I agree that seems normal. The experience is just sucky. It hurts and you feel weird. I did go into labor 2 days later so in that respect if it helped to get things going that’s great tho! On the other hand I had my daughter on her due date, so it might have happened anyways and I went thru that for nothin ;)
