Foods for lunch
Hi all, I’m just wondering can you help me regarding options for lunch? I am 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I used to have a sandwich or toasted sandwich/wrap for lunch with ham or chicken fillings. Since gettin pregnant I have been avoiding deli meats like ham. But for some reason I thought it was still ok to have cold chicken but heat it in a wrap or toasted sandwich... so to clarify,
since I’ve gotten pregnant, whether at home or eating out, I usually
have a heated/toasted sandwich or wrap with chicken, cheese, onion, jalapeños and shop bought mayo. The sandwich/wrap
Is just heated like a panini and is not really cooked... Should I just avoid this going forward and stick to maybe plain cheese and tomato sandwiches and wraps? Thanks in advance for the help 😊
