I had the Ameda with my first and it was garbage. Went through 2 and finally trashed it. Then rented a hospital grade Medela and it was amazing... so I say Medela.

I had Medela last time and it worked ok.  Got Spectra this time, I hear it's quieter and more powerful. Haven't tried it yet.
