2nd pregnancy baby movement

This pregnancy is so different. i know every pregnancy is different but I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and don't really feel my son moving. I felt my daughter when I was 14 weeks pregnant & my husband felt her when I was 16 weeks pregnant. Last night, my husband finally felt him moving BUT I didn't feel it?! I seen my stomach moving but still didn't feel him? how is that? im super thin (idk if that'll make a difference). I do have a subchoronic hemmorage and I'm wondering if that's the reason why? Is this normal? has anyone experienced anything similar?
