Help!!

So my LO just turned 5months and for the lady month we lost our schedule she was doing so well taking her naps at the same time everyday and going to bed and waking up around the same time too. We started to change a lot so I was trying to adjust to a new schedule but it hasn’t seem to work she’s all over the place and fighting naps and bedtime. So I’m asking if you guys can give me some of your day and night schedule so I can try and see if anything works I’m getting desperate seeing I’m going back to work in a couple weeks.
