just turned 36 and pregnant

I'm 3weeks 5 days and worried as i lost the last pregnancy at 4 weeks 3 days in February. Trying to be positive and not stress but the lost was very hard on me and I'm a bit scared atm. My partner and I don't have any children so this is all new to us.
