So my husband and I eloped and decided to do a small vowel with family and friends at our 5 year anniversary. The catch is we're doing it in Texas in JULY!! Since that will be our anniversary date. We want an outdoor renewal and reception but the heat is killer that time of year.

So would it be acceptable to push it until it cools down in September/October even though our anniversary is in July?

Should we spend the extra money on a indoor reception and go ahead and do it in July?

or go ahead and do it outside in July and everyone suck it up in the heat?
