so I.used to get ingrown hairs on my bikini line a lot,, and I tried changing from waxing to shaving to.see if it would help (it doesn't)

the thing is,,, I scratched at them and made sores trying to pull the hairs.out,, which I still do, and I've Got sores there that i scratch off Abd stuff...

I'm quite sure it's gonna scar.... but does anyone have advice for me please? what I should do to prevent ingrowns,,, how to get myself to stop picking at sores,,, and what I.should do.to lessen scars and heal the sores 🙈❤
