What color should I dye my hair

I’m sixteen and I want to dye my hair again. It has been black for the last 4 months and tbh I’m so bored of it. I like it but I want change. But the big problem is the color of my eyebrows, they’re black. I want sth colorful but I’m not sure if its going to look okay. What do you think?

Dark brows always look good no matter what the color I’ve seen plenty of girls with blonde hair that can pull off black brows. I can see you with a should length blunt cut and cool ombrés, I do like that black

I dye my hair blonde but I keep some root because I have pretty
 dark brows and that seems to balance it out
