Feel like a virgin!

So this is a little TMI... but I am 25 weeks pregnant, my husband and I have not been intimate in about 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago I had what I think was a yeast infection but one of my vaginal lips was swollen I put ice on it and it was fine the next day. Well last night my husband and I tried to have sex and it hurt so bad like I was a virgin all over again. ( he was my first) I made him stop he couldn’t even put the tip in not even a finger. I stuck my finger down there and my vagina is basically closed like a damn clam. What is going on? Has anyone had this happen? Thinking I should call up my ob.
