Too EXTRA for bridal shower?

I have been looking into bridal shower dresses for a few weeks now. this past weekend I fell in love with a dress. I loved it even more when I saw the price 😂 Anyway, I bought it but now I'm a little worried it might be "too much" for a bridal shower. Am I just over thinking it?

*** Dress was bought at Charlotte Rouse in the mall. it isn't a wedding dress.

If you love it, GO FOR IT. Bridal shower is once in a lifetime. And it IS a BRIDAL shower, so if it looks a little like a wedding dress, I'd say its acceptable. You look fabulous in it!

I wouldn’t wear it, it looks like a wedding dress and will compete with your wedding dress on the wedding day.

I think the length makes it look like a wedding dress. Maybe if it were hemmed shorter it would be good. I wore a white lace dress that hit just below my knees for my bridal shower
