Anxiety

So, I have noticed for the past couple of years - my anxiety level has been growing. Not too bad and nothing that I couldn’t handle. but God, lately in the past 2 months or so - my anxiety level is going through the roof! And I fucking hateeee it.

I don’t know how to slow it down or calm down. I hate the feeling. I never was that person who even had anxiety in the first place.

For example, driving in my downtown area shoots my anxiety level up. I hate driving in downtown. Another example is that my husband is learning how to drive here in the US (he is from another country and use to drive his bike there) and every time I’m in the car with him while he is driving my anxiety is going crazy.

Any suggestions or techniques you find helpful to lower down anxiety is appreciated!
