Ready to start working out
I feel like I’m ready to start working out, obviously the area i mostly want to focus on is my belly ( pooch). I get really pumped up to getting my workout and then things start getting uncomfortable, its discouraging because i really want to start on the journey to getting fit again. I think i should be feeling a-lot better than i am at this point ( 8 weeks PP). I would really appreciate some tips, that have shown results. Im trying to eat healthier and cut down on sugar too by the way. I know I’ve lost a little bit of weight ebf my son too. Thanks ladies!
