What should I do???

Question

There is a little bump under my tongue where the piercing comes through. I’ll take a video of it and attach here so you can see it better.
It kinda hurts a little to move my tongue a certain way at times. What should I do or what do you suggest? Does it look like an infection or that’s how it heals? Last thing, do the salt water solution help with this?
Edit: I got my tongue pierced on May 7th for my 21st birthday.

looks completely normal to me. I've had mine for almost 4 years. if it gets a bit tender at times you can do a salt water saline rinse on it a couple times a day when needed

looks normal to me. I've had my tongue pierced for a little over a year now. it's just part of the healing process and it should go away; it happens frequently with nose & cartilage piercings as well. but I'd say if it doesn't go away after two months, call or visit your piercer and just have them check it out 👌

I’m no professional, nor do i have a tongue piercing but I believe that’s a canker sore, something i get frequently. They hurt like a bitch but should go away on its own after about a week. You can try mouth numbing to help with the pain, hope this helps!
