Twins or just one baby?

All of my moms friends are older and are saying this looks like twins. Im 8 weeks 4 days so maybe the person doing my ultrasound couldnt see? I personally dont think its twins but with everyone saying twins its making me go crazy. The ultrasound tech said it was just a yolk sac. HR was 166.

Your ultrasound tech would have told you if you were having twins. That’s just the yolk sack or the head
