6 weeks spotting

I had some spotting 2 days ago and we rushed to the ER (I know they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but I wanted to know if everything was ok). We got to see baby and the heartbeat. Doctor said everything is ok. I spotted again yesterday after getting back from work. I’m so worried.
