I’ve had my iud for seven weeks now. I had a horrible insertion but was pain free for six weeks. All of a sudden I’m having excruciating cramps, they’re interfering with my daily activities. I’m on day twenty four of my period. Not even pain killers help. I’m getting a lot more membraney/blood clot type blood than usual. I also have really bad back pain. Could this be the IUD trying to expel itself? I haven’t checked my strings in about two weeks bc of the level of blood
