Pregnancy test... opinions please !!! *****UPDATE****

Hey guys! So i took a pregnancy test last night and it came back negative, i took another one this morning because i know morning pee they say is best when taking pregnancy test, and this is what i got. I need some opinions to make sure my eyes are not deceiving me!!

What do you guys think??? Positive,?? Should i retest??

I AM SO CONFUSED NOW. Is this something that can happen? How can i go from positive to negative? Opinions ladies ?
