coffee addict. In the first trimester i was in zombie mode and i have a job i like where i have to be focused, my doc told me that it's ok, but no more than 3 and if i only have 1 per day would be perfect.

I go through spurts where I only want Mt Dew. I hate that I drink it but sometimes, it’s the only thing I want. If I have too much, I get sick. But water has been giving me awful heartburn. So I’m trying to be good with water. I try to drink one Mt Dew a day (12oz) and then water for the rest of the day.

My first son I quit drinking sodas, and my second son I drank a Diet Coke or two everyday. Both are very healthy boys. This pregnancy I have been drinking regular sodas and once in a while a diet. I never drink coffee through (only because I don’t like it)

1st trimester I didn’t drink any caffeine at all bc it sounded so gross and i was so sick.. now I get a mt dew with my lunch every other day or so.. I’m just so sick of water!

In the last week I drank a lot of Mountain Dew, mostly because I was doing a lot of distance driving and that’s my go to drink for road trips. But most of the time I just drink water, so I figured it balanced out and I decided not to stress about it.
