Smoking in early pregnancy

Did anyone smoke cigarettes in early pregnancy? I just found out I'm pregnant, and have about 7 cigarettes left. I'm nervous that I may have harmed the baby already or still am this early? Just at 4 weeks. Did you stop cold turkey? Did it cause a miscarriage? Any advice on helping with cravings? Please don't be negative, I'm really looking for positive help.
