When are you telling your boss?
Hi! I’m trying to figure out when to tell my boss. I will be starting a new job (at the same place, with the same boss) in September and we have been talking a lot about preparation and scheduling and what not for the new job. My gut is saying I should be transparent and let her know fairly soon so we can keep that in mind while planning. But I’m not so sure. What’s everyone else doing?
