Can’t have orgasm

Thing is, I have not been able to have an orgasm ever since I started to have sex. Lost my virginity 5 months ago. 😬🤗
I don’t know if I should go to the doctor!
Me and my husband have tried a few different positions. Given foreplay a good time before he goes in me.
I don’t want to google this too much. Thats my husband job 😋😅.
