How many times to you get up to pee at night?

I get up AT LEAST 10 times every night to go pee.  Sometimes it’s just a few drips.  I’m like a zombie walking to and from the bathroom all night long.

I normally wake up about 4-5 times to pee. I’ve noticed if I sleep with a pillow between my leg then I’ll wake up even more 😕

Every hour for me🙄 Like literally I check the clock lol. So I would say 7-8 times a night. And I’ve tried everything even stopping drinking water at 6pm...nothing helps😫

I’ve lost count! I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs too!
I have tried to chug all my daily water early in the day and start slowing down before 10-11pm.
I’m not sure it even helps bc I read that the swelling our bodies accumulate during the day comes out in our urine at night.

I drink a lot of water all day every day even before bed, California has been blazing so I want to stay hydrated for me & my baby, but I get up so often to go pee it's like I can't get any sleep

If you it's only a couple of drops try checking for a uti. I ended up getting one and it was crazy how much better I felt after being treated. :(

I go about 4-5 times a night and it sucks! It doesn’t help that I get a few sips of water every time I wake up cause I’m soooo thirsty. I get up about every hour and a half
