PCOS and elevated prolactin
So I found out I have PCOS and my prolactin levels are elevated.. my doctor prescribed me metformin for my PCOS and I have to lose at least 20 pounds to cause ovulation to happen.. my question in has metformin helped any of you and what are some of the foods and exercises that helped you lose the weight fast.
