34 week appointment
Can’t believe the end is near! I have officially booked my last few appointments. I was recently diagnosed with GD so there’s a good chance I’ll be induced at 39 weeks if he doesn’t come on his own. I’ll have ultrasounds at every appt to monitor him closely & make sure he’s still doing well. I can’t believe I’m going to be a mommy soon 😍😭💙
