This may be dumb but...

Alright. Im in a summer course. There’s this guy i like. But we are both super shy. I have no idea if he likes me but i’ve noticed that he slows down if i’m walking behind him so that i pass in front and has been parking closer to me. Well today he was walking in front and basically stopped to take a picture of a squirrel. As i passed him by, i was about to say something to him but didn’t and i’m really mad at myself because i think that was him setting up for me to start a conversation. Help me ): Do u guys think it was or i’m mad at myself over nothing?
