Moving 4 mo to sleep in own room
I think it’s time to move my 4mo old to sleep in her room at night. I have a 2 part question:
1. I am having lots of anxiety about it. What can I do to lessen it?
2. Any tips to get ease her transition. (She already naps in there during the day)
