Period???

Question

So I was practicing putting in a tampon (I haven’t started my period,) and I took it out and there was a tiny tiny dot of blood and I put in another one and a tad bit more came out does this mean I started my period???

You probably started bleeding from putting in and taking out a tampon dry, it can be painful and probably gave u a couple tears in your vagina. No need to practice, don't put tampons in if you're not on your period

it says on the inside when you read the instructions DO NOT INSERT when not on period. so IDK

I probably won’t be of much help because  haven’t tried tampons yet, but if you’re NOT on your period I would assume it’s pain from the dryness
