What is the best birth control that doesn’t make you break out or put on weight except the pill

I have the Mirena IUD and I haven't gained any weight (I've been losing because Depo made me gain 30 pounds) and my skin is incredibly clear

You have other options, hormonal birth control is not the only route. You can really only get pregnant 6 days out of the month. Why take something every day that wreaks havoc on the rest of your body?
