Menstrual Nausea
It seems like during the first 2-3 days of my period I throw up, every time. I started today and I’m feeling incredible nauseous, just thinking about food makes me want to dash for the bathroom. Unfortunately I’m maxed out on medications, do any of you have home remedies for nausea?
