I am 8 weeks 6 days along and all day today I have experienced mild/moderate cramps like I’m about to get my period. I also have had an increase in CM. It is watery and gummy. My CM never changed when I found out I was pregnant, so the change now worries me. I had an ultrasound last week at 7 weeks 5 days, and everything was normal with a heartbeat of 170. I had a miscarriage in April, and now I am worried that I will MC this one too. Has anyone else experienced cramps that last for hours without bleeding? I didn’t experience cramping with my first pregnancy. I know not to go to the ER unless there is significant bleeding, but I am just worrying myself sick over here.... help!?
