Hi Ladies,

I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and signed up for hypnobabies classes. However, I'm getting a little nervous after reading about apparent dangers of binaural beats (which Hypnobabies uses in their hypnosis tracks).

For anyone who has done Hypnobabies, did you experience any side effects from listening to the tracks, other than being more relaxed? I have heard so many positive stories from this type of childbirth class, but these warnings gave me pause.
