Help!!

I took a pregnancy test yesterday night before I showered, and when I got out I looked at the results and it’s said negative. I checked it again today and I see a faint line. Am I actually pregnant or it’s it just that it’s a old test?? I missed my period but I thought it was because of the shot because I barely got my first dose three weeks ago
