Leaking? Help

Hi, I’m on birth control and i currently have my period my boyfriend and i haven’t done anything since before my period however i just leaked all over one of my shirts and I’m very confused, i did some searching up and found relatable things but I’m Wondering if any of you have gone through this and if you have any tips?
