Cramps 1 wk before AF??
Has anyone had cramps a week before their period? I typically have them a couple days before I start .. but I’m not due until next Wed, 7 days from now. They feel dull in my lower abdomen, but earlier were making my low back hurt. I was squirming in the hairdresser’s chair earlier out of discomfort! Hopefully it’s implantation!
