9wk3days and GAINING
Last year in September after looking in the mirror and horrified at what I saw, I decided to make a change towards a healthier lifestyle. My first pregnancy I started out weighing 197 and dropped all the way down to 173 before gaining anything. When I had my son I weighed 201 lbs. Just over 6 years after having my son (last September I'm referring to) I weighed nearly 220 lbs. I changed my editing habits, stopped drinking sodas, became more active and even did daily at home exercises. The middle of April I had lost nearly 45 lbs....and then found out I was pregnant the beginning of May. I had this fear of gaining all that weight back. Seeing my belly grow, even though I am beyond excited to be expecting, seems to frustrate me every day I wake up and get dressed. I feel as though I am gaining so much quicker than I expected. My eating habits aren't always that great as I cave on my cravings more than ever because if something's doesn't sound good it makes me gag and become nauseous. Anyone else scared about weight gain or feel like a whale already??? HELP!!
