I had a Paragard inserted about 9 months ago and then had some health problems (unrelated to the Paragard) in relation to my lady bits for the past 3 months. I have PCOS and Endometriosis (shoot me please) and have been in the ER as well as have had a laproscopic procedure done.

My question is, this discomfort I feel during sex, should I be concerned? It feels like a whole lot of pressure in my abdomen and only hurts right as I orgasm - and orgasm hard, everytime. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away? Is there anything I can do to change it? I am getting married and two weeks and am kind of nervous for the honeymoon. My fiance is super gentle if he needs to be and wonderful about it all, but I still just want to have fun sex with him while we're young and able!!
