When to sleep in a separate room?

My baby is one and half month and we were thinking when is the best time to let her sleep on her own in a separate room, with a monitor on. 
What’s your experience?

My girl is 3 months and we are transitioning to her sleeping in her own room because she is now sleeping through the night and we don't have to worry about getting up with he anymore

6m or older.
My boy moved around 8/9m as he was getting less & less sleep with us (us too!)
I found it really hard at first but my LO has been fine from day 1 which makes me wonder if he was ready before I was.

With my first, we waiting until she was 3 months. I had a hard time with her being in a different room at night. Now we have our second, and I’m having the same problem. He’s almost 3 months and he’s still in our room at night. He sleeps through the night, so it really wouldn’t be a problem. I do think we bug him at night though (my husband snores super loud). 
I think the right time to move your child to their own room is completely your choice. There is no right or wrong. If you want to put your child in their own room now, go for it. If you’re not ready, leave them in your room for now. It’s all up to you.

They recommend 6mo, but my LO was a loud sleeper always shuffling around to work out some gas. We ended up moving her into her own room at 4mo because i couldn’t handle no sleep anymore. It worked out great. She was just down the hall so could hear her if she babbled and also had a baby monitor. She started sleeping through the night 2wks later.

I’ve always waited till my boys was 6months old before putting them into their own room. Mainly because I wanted to kept a eye on them through the night as with SIDS it’s a peak between 2-4months and risks does down a lot more after 6months old.
