I live in Australia.

I am 3 months pregnant, and my ex partner is not even here for me, his not supportive. His 21 turning 22, he said that his too young to be a father. He wants me to get an abortion, and threatened to kill me and our unborn baby.

I have heard so much stories about child custody and birth certificate. I don’t want any negativity here. Keep it to yourself.

After birth what should I do? I’m planning not to put his name on the baby’s birth certificate. I honestly don’t care about child support.

File the birth certificate form and not putting his name in it, does it mean that he doesn’t have the right to anything, like I have to ask him to sign for the baby’s passport?

How do I get a full custody. An restraining order is in place against him. When my baby is born I’m going to add the baby on it too.

I am desperate for answers.
