Do I need ovulations test if...

Question

Is there a point in using ovulation tests when we have sex daily for two weeks around my expected ovulation date? 
Or daily from the time AF is over until it hopefully doesn’t start again?

I would say try it... especially if you’ve already been having sex everyday and you still haven’t gotten pregnant.. the test will help you see when you are ovulating

Not really but at least you would know that you ARE ovulating. I got off birth control in January and in March i decided to use them to see if i was even ovulating. That was the month we got pregnant. Unfortunately the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks but now I’m back to using the OPKs to see when i will ovulate because we were told we could start trying again immediately and I don’t know how the miscarriage will throw off my cycle this month.
