Snoring SO 🙄

C 💕

Ladies what has worked to get your SO to stop snoring or at least snore less?

Between my 3 month olds middle of the night feedings, my insomnia and my boyfriend snoring/talking I am getting no sleep.

I used to be able to sleep through it for the most part but now I can’t. I’ve been up for 4 hours now trying to fall asleep.

We all fell asleep on the couch for a bit. He fell asleep around 10 but I couldn’t fall asleep and must’ve passed out around midnight, my SO woke up and moved to the bed. I woke up at 1 and moved my son to his crib and climbed into bed. His snoring was a little quiet so it wasn’t keeping me awake but as soon as I started falling asleep the baby wakes up. I waited a few minutes to see if he’d put himself back to sleep but he didn’t. Cuddled him back to sleep by 2. At 2:30 he was up again so I fed him and got him to sleep fully by 3:30 and back in his crib.

My SO is snoring so loudly, I just can’t fall asleep. I don’t want to go out to the couch because it’s not at all comfortable for sleeping and I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep on it (I’m surprised I fell asleep on it to begin with). I’ve tried nudging him, I’ve fully woken him up to switch position, nothings working. He doesn’t want to go see a doctor, he hates going. He thinks they make shit up and run unnecessary tests 🙄.

And today I’m gonna have to move my sons crib back to his room because I think this is part of the reason he wakes up so much.

Besides the train-like snoring my SO also talks in his sleep (but with his loud voice it’s more like screaming) and he sets his alarms two HOURS before he needs to start waking up. It’s one of those sonic boom ones that beeps extremely loud and it comes with this vibrating thing that’s supposed to go UNDER your pillow so it doesn’t disturb your partner but he puts it between the alarm clock and the wall so it bounces back and forth and makes this god awful sound.

I’m supposed to go to work in 2 hours, but I feel like shit from being tired and I’m sick. Because I also got shit for sleep last night.
