Orgasm block

So this might be a TMI but I just want to know if anyone can relate.

I’ve been with my partner for 5 years now and while our sex life is good, I have never been able to orgasm. I’m mentally and physically attracted to him, I have no doubt about that! He knows the right spots to touch and rub and while it all feels amazing (really not complaining) I just can never reach climax. We recently got into some adult toys and even a vibrator/dildo combo won’t work! Does anyone else have this issue? Or did and over came it some how? I know I’m not alone and maybe this will help other women feel less alone, too!
