can i take prenatals with folic acid and dha while im on af?Dtarted taking them the 1st just staryed af the 6th 9 daus later then expected...so i bought them hoping for a bfp but fpund af when i went to test😣...just wondering if i can continue taking them while shes here...btw anyone have experience with one a day couple pack...he refusing to take vitamins but maybe if he hears and reads about other men taking them hell finally give in...

Yes. You take them every day! I’ve taken them every single day since sept. Had a miscarriage in Feb and continued taking them as we wanted to TTC right away

My dr prescribed me prenatals as soon as i started ttc. So i took them for a whole year even though i wasnt pregnant. Also my husband took FertilAid for men. It was 3 pills a day which he didnt care for, but he did it anyway
