Random hot flashes plus too warm and cold at the same time

Over the last couple of days I've been hot at night, my boyfriend was so cold he needed a heated blanket. Then during the day I suddenly got so warm. Now I'm trying to sleep and it's too warm for my blanket but I'm too cold without it and I tried that one part under the other part out and it's so uncomfy. Never really had this before and I haven't taken a test cause I don't want it to be negative, but I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks so idk if it's period
