So I had cramping 7-9dpo. They were really bad at 9dpo. Like AF was about to show up. My temp was slowly lowering but today I’m 10dpo and it was a larger dip. So it’s a little early because AF won’t be here for another 4 days and I usually don’t dip until 2 days or the day before AF shows up. Also not really cramping today. Also constipated for last few days and today and not usually before AF. Can you get an implantation dip this late and would it be after the cramping? I’ll have to see what my temp is tomorrow morning. I don’t know what to think.
