I have no idea what's going on

I have been trying for about a year and a half. Barely any periods without help from medication. Failed 4 Clomid cycles (3 with metformin), now in 3rd cycle of Femara (with metformin, estrogen, progesterone and trigger shot -monitored with ultrasound through entire cycle). Last 2 cycles were somewhat "normal", meaning I ovulated and I had a period after a BFN. This cycle, same dosage, but I randomly started bright red bleeding 4 days after trigger. Had an emergency visit where the specialist couldn't find anything wrong. Was told to start the progesterone and it took 3 days to stop bleeding. Was told to test on Tuesday, got a BFN. Got light brownish bleeding yesterday... and nothing today. My bbt also went back up... any insight? TIA
